Non-Alcoholic Watermelon Juice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x medium watermelon
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • honey (to taste)
  • fresh mint leaves (to serve)

Method

  • Blend the watermelon (if you don’t have a blender, you can use a fork to mash it)
  • Sieve it into a jug
  • Add water, honey and stir everything well
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves
